Miniel Skinlab Hydraque Boost Serum & Hydraque Gel Mask Review

I know many of you haven't heard of this new brand from Malaysia, Miniel Skinlab. As a Malaysian, I really feel so proud to look at these two beauty hydrating combo, especially the packaging. Then i was awestruck by the amazing texture of the gel mask.
Their mission and vision are to create stress free skincare products and to make skincare a routine people enjoy and love. I am all about the stress-free products! And I'm looking forward for more of their products.

Looking at their packaging is a joy for me, and I think that's relatable with their mission whic is to create stress free skincare products.
Do you know that these two products are Halal certified? I think it's a good move and genuine business, because the ladyboss does concern and care about the majority muslim in Malaysia.

So let's continue on my thoughts about these two products of them!

Miniel Skinlab Hydraque Boost Serum:

Description:

My Thoughts:

The packaging is frosted glass pump bottle, the colour is mint blue, the texture is very lightweight,and the scent is very soft & fresh & nothing strong.

This booster serum has only 8 ingredients, and it does what it claims. I can see that it hydrates, it has a cooling effect on my skin and thus the calming & soothing feels great. I personally feel this serum exceed my expectation, because this is such a great daily serum, and it makes my other skincare absorbs well too. I almost sceptical with the satin like finish, but it does give me the satin-like skin after application. I only try this for few weeks, I will love to see the result more after another one month.🖤

My Thoughts:

The texture is actually so amazing, it’s a lightweight I almost thought I was putting a gel moisturizer instead, the scent is so refreshing, it comes in a glass frosted jar with spatula.

My skin feels very cool (not mint) when I applied it, and when I rinse it off after 20 mins, my skin didn’t feel dry or tight, but soft & supple. I can feel it hydrated & soothed my skin. I personally do love this mask because if the cooling effect, and also the soothing part. It feels amazing.

My Thoughts:

A'Bloom Anti-Blemish Peach Mask Sheet

My favourite mask of the four! The essence is watery and light, easy to absorb, the mask sheet face does not fit well on the mouth area, but I can adjust it so it is okay for me. The scent is so nice, I love the scent.

It really reduced my redness! it is also soothing and calming. And I'm surprised with the instant brightening effect, my skin looks healthy. And hydration from this mask is good!

A'Bloom Moisturizing Watermelon Mask Sheet

The essence is thick, it took me 30 minutes to wear this to make sure the essence absorb nicely. I love the scent of this one. 

It is moisturizing and hydrating for my skin. So the claims are true. 

A'Bloom Brightening Lemon Lime Mask Sheet

I'm quite surprised that the essence of this mask is thick too hahaha. The scent is nice as well for this one, oh btw all the scent are different but they are all nice.

It's quite hard to absorb, and I didn't see the result at first, but when I woke up tomorrow morning my skin did look brighten and glowing. I guess it took time to show the result.

A'Bloom Nourishing Avocado Mask Sheet

It doesn't work well with me. I'm sorry :( It did nothing to my skin.

The essence is too heavy and sticky. It doesn't even hydrate my skin. It doesn't makes my skin look plump or nourish. So :(

A'Bloom Giant Meringue Puff and A'Bloom Baby Meringue Puff

All of these are so squishy! I love that they are all squishy.

I tried them with both foundation and concealer before, they are easy to blend in with my skin. and easy to use too. It's a bit hard to wash though, maybe I need the specific cleanser for the makeup tools to wash it off. But they are nice and cute, and suitable for beginner for makeup like me.

A'Bloom BHA Blackhead Blaster

I have to be honest that I haven't try this one yet because currently I don't have any blackhead or whitehead. 

But I super love the packaging. The stick make it easy to use, and the packaging is just so cute!!

Temyracle Watermelon 5 Minutes Mask & Scrub - Review

Description:

Enriched with Cranberry Extract, Grapeseed Oil, and With Hazel, for smooth and supple skin.

My Thoughts:

This is a physical exfoliator made with superfine sugar but also can leave it as a 5 minute mask. The scent is so watermelon candy yummy-licious. The super duper cute packaging is in pink plastic jar. I love the packaging!

It did make my skin feel feel soft and smooth. It doesn’t make my skin feel dry at all.

I usually prefer to use this as scrub, but if I leave it as mask, my skin does feel more supple. The sugar will slowly melt, so 5 minutes is just enough to use this as mask.

Mediheal (Line Friends) N.M.F Aquaring Ampoule Mask

Description;

The thirst of dry skin is resolved through active water systems such as Sodium hyaluronate, Ceramide NP and more excelling in the Natural Moisturization Factor (N.M.F) that exist in the horny (omg what is this) layer of the skin as well as the moisturizing effect while Hamamelis Virginiana (witch hazel) Leaf Extract, Fomes Officianalis (Mushroom) extract and more which have the effect of managing loosened pores by adjusting sebum and tightening pores.

My Thought:

I SUPER LOVE THIS MASK!!! 5 STARS!

Haha, sorry for my excitement. Actually this mask was something unexpected because I didn't really think too much because in my opinion aquaring is only for hydrating and moisturizing and it is more suitable for dry skin.

But how wrong I was, because this mask is so much more than that.

I love the brightening and healthy glow that this mask give me. I love my skin feel so smooth and soft and hydrate well after using this.

I love how i woke up the next morning my skin feel so supple and look healthy.

I do recommend this Aquaring mask. It is for all skin type eventho the focus on dry skin, but believe me any skin type can wear this. Because I do have oily skin type and sometimes combination.

This is highly recommended!

Will I buy it again? Honestly, maybe no.

The reason is not because of it's not good.

But currently, I feel like all Korean brands have lauch sheet masks war. Hahaha.😂

I mean, there are so many sheet masks that I do want to try out. But sometimes I feel like I couldn't catch up with everything.

As usual this mask i had bought it at Sasa. 4 for rm10. :)
Sasa is one of my favourite place to buy sheet masks for affordable price.

Okay back to review. Hihi.

It did soften and smoothen my skin. And make me glowing a bit. So it was lovely.

Naisture Moisture Green Tea Review

These past few weeks I have quite a hectic weeks. So last few days I've decided to use this mask while relaxing and before sleep.

My Impression:

I have use this because it said to vitalizes your tired skin. Haha.
So, I tear the packet and put in on my face.
The aircond in the room combined with this mask was awesome. The cold mask made me relax and sleepy.
And it did brighten my face. And moiture my face as well.
And the next morning my skin looked fresh and ready to work again. Haha.
So, this is a decent mask.

Bio Essence Bird's Nest Nutri-Collagen & Whitening Mask Review

I bought this mask at watsons 2 for 9.90. There's something happened in my life now. So I pampered myself with a mask instead. I need to push all the sadness and stressing all away. :D

My Impression: 

Nice smell. The essence was in white color. I was quite surprice because usually sheet mask essence would be in transparent.  But the white color makes me feel good because I feel like I will be as white as the essence color. Lol (kidding)

It did absorbed fast to my skin. And when I took it out, I did feel it soften and smoothed my skin. And I do think it's brightening my face as well. Nice. I think I'm in love with this bird's nest line from bio essence. Teehee.

SPINOSA Rehydration & Radiant Sheet Mask Review

I have been excited to use this mask. That's why I decided to wore it last night eventhough I just received it yesterday noon.

Description:

Help lighten skin dark spots and tone. Brighten and smoothen skin complexion. Increase and maintain moisture level. Promote collagen formation. Reduce skin fine lines and wrinkles. Provide skin elasticity and suppleness.

Direction: gently place mask all over the face for 20-30 minutes.

My Impression:

The first thing I did was smelling the mask. Haha.. I know it's weird. But I just like to smell it first. The smell is so nice and relaxing. Maybe that's why it stated for promote sleep & reduce stress. 

@bekidhauz suggested that I put it in a fridge for 30 minutes before used. And voila.. love it when I put it on my face  the coolness, calmness and I do feel so sleepy while wearing it. I did put it on exactly for 30 minutes.

Can you see my bare flaw face (lol..I'm not flawless) on the picture above? It did make a different right? My skin feel so soft (till this morning), smooth, supple.. and what I can say it did what it claims eventhough I just used it once. It did brighten and my pores seemed smaller, aite? Wow.. I am so amazed with this mask. Definitely will be my favourite and the most important thing is, this mask doesn't contain any harmful ingredients.

This mask fitted my face so well! This is the only mask sheet brand that fitted my whole face including nose and eyes so well. ♥♥♥

And this mask is so unique because it cover all my face including my eyes!  Yes my eyes. Lol. I'm sorry.. I just find this is so interesting. Lol.

I forgot that I should use pip alone tonight. So before using this mask, I (ter)-used wonderpore freshener, I (ter)-used hada labo lotion and then I put on my pip. And then.. I put on this mask. Lol.

But I love this mask. And the most important thing is it fit my face so well. I iz amazed. Because none of other mask sheets that can fit my face so well.

I bought this that day (I did took a picture ain't no? It was in the previous posts) with other masks at sasa.

Sasatinnie Antioxidant Regenerating Face Mask Review

I'm crazy for mask. Yes I do. I can't help buying myself more mask. Lol.

My Impression:

Okay let's now talk about the effect, I mean to have all that effect in one use is so lying la right?
We have to use continously to have all the effect.

But this is a good mask to hydrate my skin.
My skin feel so soft. Even my nose feel so smooth. *happy dance*
My face did glowing after using this.
And when I woke up and snap my picture the next morning, (teehee my habit to snap picture after wake up :p) my face still glowing and my skin feel smooth. Aww. :D

There's some people asking me about what do I suggest for dry skin.

Heyya dry skin people! This one is for you.

For those who are looking for sleeping mask/pack for dry skin.. I will recommend this for you.

My Thought:

There were times when I feel my skin dry.. (mostly when I was sooo lazy to put anything on my face. Yeah bebeh, I am a normal girl who was sometimes so lazy to wear anything especially when you have some mental breakdown lol)

So, I did wear this sleeping pack. And guess what, when I woke up in the morning my face felt so soft and moisturise! 

Mine was on the tube (on the picture below), I did post that I got this for free after I bought rm80 from etude house right? 

So the real one was on a jar.

My skin was not super dry.. it is combination that some part was dry. So I didn't put a lot because I'm afraid it will make my face feels greasy. 

So far, it was a good sleeping pack. Oh but I don't think it brighten my skin like the description claims. :3 

It has a very light floral + shea butter smell. Nice. I love the smell. 

Conclusion:

Soften, moisturise

Nice smell, no brightening effect

No paraben, no mineral oils and etc

Skinfood Papaya Yogurt Wash Off Mask Review

My favourite ever since 2011. My miracle mask. The mask that works out so fine with me.
And can I say it's like my holy grail mask?
Lol.

The sales girl said this is for oily and combination skin. But the description in some blogs said it is for dry skin. Lol. *shrug*
back then I had oily skin.. now I have a combination skin. And it suits me best. So I gues it is for all skin type  :3

Description:

An effective skin exfoliant, papaya gently removes dead skin cells to reveal radiant and luminous skin. Also enriched with vitamins and yogurt,
Papaya Yogurt Mask Wash Off nourishes skin while it evens out skin tone for a noticeably brighter complexion with an attractive glow. Apply on cleansed face with a gentle massaging motion, avoiding the eyes and lips. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse off.

My Impression:

Yes babe   it does all it said.
It brighten my face. I feel so fresh and clean after using this. And my skin feels so soft,  smoothe and supple.
I feel really great each time I'd use this.
I use sometimes three times a week. Sometimes everyday when my pimples were bad. Sometimes once in 2 weeks. Lol.
I've use this to exfoliate my face because it contains a small beads.. then leave for 20 minutes. And voila.. a fresh, soft, brighten and supple face I've got. ^^

Conclusion:

Nice smell, affordable
Soft, supple and brighten skin
Fresh

Etude House I Need You, Green Tea Mask Sheet Review

I just bought more and more mask at Etude House. Last month Etude House Malaysia had a promotion bought 5 I Need You Mask Sheet for RM15.
So, of course i bought. Haha.
This is one of those five masks that i chose. And i am so happy and
doesn't even regret it for one bit! Because this mask is seriously awesome! ^^


Description:

Essence mask contains green tea that soothes and comfort sed and fatigue skin. Tension fit design for improved facial adhesion and comfort.

**note: the salesgirl also claims this mask is for blemishes.


My Impression:


Refreshing!
Yes. It was so refreshing. It did calms my face and myself.  This is a relaxation mask. I did feel calm and relax the whole time i used this mask. It gave the cool, refresh and nice feeling.

After i took off the sheet, my skin did become brighter and soft and yes again, refresh! It was also soothes my redness and smoothen my face.

Absolutely will become one of my favourire mask!

but of course it's not the perfect mask. The face mask sheet doesn't really fit my face well. What an unfortunate. But still, the mask is very good and i love it!

Etude House I Need You, Pearl Extract Mask Sheet Review

I was planning to blogging about my Etude House haul but I don't have time to do it. But it's okay. I will do this review about this Etude House I Need You, Pearl Extract Mask Sheet. 

I was only wanted to buy Wonder Pore Freshner (which of course I bought it), but Etude House Malaysia had this crazy promotion sale on September or August. (I;m sorry I don't really remember) but anyway, if I bought 3 items, i will have, 30% less for every items that I bought. wow! Super cool, right?

So, because of tiny budget, I decided to bought this mask )i bought another mask, which I will review later).

The packaging is cute, right? I like Etude House packaging!

Description:

Essence Mask contains pearl extract that promotes natural skin glow Tension fit design for improved facial adhesion and comfort.

My Impression:

I quite like the mild scent in it. And this mask fit my face quite nicely. And it feels good while I'm putting on my face and just relax.

After 20 minutes, and I throw away the sheet. My skin does look glowing and my face felt soft and moisture as well. Eventhough it was not a long term result, but still, this is quite a nice mask. And it doesn't contains paraben. phew.

Conclusion:

Glowing and moisturizing
Mild smell, no paraben

Skinfood Fermented Pomegranate Whitening Sleeping Mask Review

 

I read and googled a lot about Korean Skin Care Routine. And I also did search about Korean Secret Beauty. And what I have read and googled, they said sleeping mask/pack is one of the secret for healthy and glowing skin.

So, because Skinfood's shop is quite near with where I live, I went to Skin Food and grab this Fermented Pomegranate Whitening Sleeping Mask. I am so sure till now I don't know what fermented pomegranate is used for. haha. 

It has another kind of sleeping mask, but being an Asian, I only like anything about whitening and brightening products (seriously).  That was why I decided to try this whitening mask out. 

It came with quite a big bottle and I feel like I'm using it forever. (haha)

 

Description:

Sleeping mask with cosmeceutical skin lightning essence based on Fermented Pomegranate Extracts to brighten your skin during your night sleep. 

Feature: Helpful for skin lightning.

My Impression:

Hm... I have this love-hate relationship with this mask. 

I like the smell. For me, it has a nice smell, but I don't really know how to describe the smell. It is quite strong but at the same time it is refreshing?

It came in a pump bottle, which was so hygienic. And the texture is jelly-watery like (really?), not so light and not so heavy, but absorbs quickly in my skin. 

But it doesn't really whiten my face like it claims to. And my face doesn't brighten after I used it (and I used it so many times). Even when I woke up, I didn't see any whitening or brightening effects.

But it did moisture my face, and smoothen my skin. Every morning after I woke up and touch my face, it really did feel smooth and soft. 

It doesn't breaks me out. And after applying it, I do feel fresh on my face.

Conclusion:

Nice smell, no breakouts

Moisture, skin soft and smooth

Feel fresh, no greasiness

No brightening or whitening effect

No glowing effect
