Hair Care Tips

When i went to cut my hair. The salon barber touched my hair and said "your hair is oily. But not that bad. If it was bad i would recommend to you the treatment we have here."

I looked into the barber from the mirror and said. "Yeah. I know. I just don't know what to do about it. Maybe because i'm wearing hijab all the day."

"Let me share with this one tip for your hair. I know at other salon won't taught you and just asking you to buy their products. I won't do that. Because this problem you can fix it yourself at home." The barber said.

To be honest i was quite shock for the barber kindness. Teehee.

The tips are:

When you wash your hair, shampoo it twice at one time.

First, shampoo (just a small amount) focus on your scalp. Massage gently till there's no bubbles (usually oily scalp and hair has no bubble at first wash). Then you rinse it.

Second, after rinse it with water. Put a small amount of shampoo again (you don't want your shampoo to fastly empty right? Haha. So small amount is enough) and then shampoo all over your hair. You will see a lot of bubbles came out this time. Because the oils on your scalp already has been remove at the first wash. Then rinse.

Third, use the conditioner from the length of your ear to the end of the hair. Don't put conditioner on your scalp.

Fourth, the barber said using oil for hair is important. After mildly dry your hair (not totally dry), put some oil/serum/essence at your hair only. The length is from your ear to the end of your hair.

So these are the tips for you girls and guys especially for those who are wearing hijab like me.

And i've been following the tips for a month now. And it does make a different. My hair is very less oily even when it came to the next wash (i wash my hair once in two days).
Because it has work, i have buy myself a serum to see the fully outcome. (I'm following till the third step because i dont own any hair serum or oil)
